Enterprise gave us hope and actually reserves a car for us on our last full day in Florida. ON OUR ANNIVERSARY at this location. So we make all of our plans early in the day and confirm all our reservations out of excitement. We walk 20minutes to this location. Sweaty yet excited we reach our destination and upon asking for our rental they tell us that they don't have anything for us... what's even worse is that they don't even know if they'll have anything in the afternoon - and even if they do they've already ruined our whole day.
This is absolutely the most unprofessional and worst car rental locations I've ever been to.
I received a Car Rental at Signature Collision Center. I was told by Geico representative at the location and a representative on the phone when I filed a claim from my car which was hit. I was told I would only pay a $500 deductible to get my car back. my car insurance would cover my car rental no need to get extra insurance. I would receive a $35 car per day. I was charged extra charges charge Tax per day and they added insurance daily. When to different location they told me I wasn't supposed to be charged these charges and I was charged a $42 car that's where the tax charges came from she lied and said I had to pay tax daily. When really she charge me a $42 car. Manager made it seem like I was lying, was rude and the desk girl lied about everything. She swipe my car then told me about extra changes
If you're under aged download Turo - book a car and be on your marry way. Stay away from enterprise - especially this one.
After three days of calling every rental place in the area and listening to them tell us over and over again that they didn't have any rentals what so ever we finally get some hope. On our last day in Florida we were actually able to get a car reserved.. finally!
Honestly.. how do you even confirm a reservation without ever even having the car. It was done over the phone for no mistakes and it was still screwed up. Not my first bad experience with them but absolutely my worst. There will be more money spent now on Uber than on a rental - and even if we cancel everything now it's still more expensive. Had they done what they were suppose to it all would've worked out. It's the classic "you had one job.."
I would give it one star (minimum for "I got a car, it ran.") except that the sole desk representative earned the second star. He worked heroically and politely against all odds to provide cars to the people who had reserved them, though they only had uncleaned returned cars, and pickup trucks, available ... with a broken computer ... and none of the right cars in stock or nearby ... and no help answering the phone ... and nobody in back to take folks to the vehicles that they settled for. I reserved the smallest, most fuel economical car I could find and reconfirmed my reservation on the phone the night before. I got a Dodge pickup truck. I negotiated returning it with an empty tank for no additional cost. Others at the desk cancelled and left angry, or settled for something much different than they had requested. Lots of "never again" muttering.
I’ve been meaning to comment on the wonderful service we received last December. I’m thinking of it now because we’re planning another trip to riviera beach soon.
This location has been helpful and fast every time we've rented from them. I really appreciate how the manager, Steve, has stepped up for us. Thanks for everything.
There was an issue with the car we reserved on-line, as it was not available. The staff and assistant manager, jasmine, were so helpful in working to find us another comparable car ASAP. They also gave us a small discount for the trouble. Highly recommend!
